OCULUS is excited to announce the recent opening of Marian Fryer Town Plaza – the much-anticipated town plaza for Wheaton, Maryland.

This public/private initiative transforms a former surface parking lot into a transit-oriented mixed-use space. The multi-functional town square serves as a large event space to accommodate markets, festivals, outdoor movies, and more.

The project also includes the new headquarters for the M-NCPPC (Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission), a LEED Platinum rated mix-use building, that will bring approximately 900 government employees to Wheaton’s core.
