The Aboriginal Art and Cultures Centre in Adelaide is a landmark project that will provide a gateway to the world's oldest living cultures.

OCULUS is proud to be on the Diller Scofidio + Renfro (DS+R) and Woods Bagot-led team, which won the 2018 international design competition (formerly named the Adelaide Contemporary).

The project will be built on Kaurna land at the former site of the Royal Adelaide Hospital as part of Adelaide’s Lot Fourteen mixed-use innovation district.
Developed in close collaboration with Indigenous stakeholders, the centre will be based on the deep Aboriginal connection to Country, place and kin, with connected layers being the foundation of the design.
