Panel Talk: How does green design drive revenue and community?

On 18 September 2025, OCULUS Associate Director Claire Martin will participate a panel discussing the design and experience of biophilic luxury at NoVacancy. Held on Gadigal Country at ICC Sydney, NoVacancy is a conference and exhibition focusing on technology, commerce, design, and experience within the hotel and accommodation industry.

Part of a series of Design Talks, Claire will join Falk Peuser, Principal at FK, and Samson Tiew, Director and Founder of One Design Office, to reveal more about the design process for 1 Hotel Melbourne at Seafarers on Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung Country. OCULUS also designed the adjacent Seafarers Rest Park, on the banks of the beautiful Birrarung (Yarra River).
