Open House Melbourne celebrates the importance of good design in shaping communities and encourages public conversations about the future of the city. On 26–27 July 2025, almost 200 places across Melbourne will be open for visitors to discover stories that shape the city.

At 11am on Friday 25 July Woods Bagot will host a tour of Younghusband Woolstore. The adaptive reuse project will also be open to explore at your own pace on Saturday 26 July from 10am–2pm.

On Saturday or Sunday, from 11am–3pm, collect a map at Seafarers Bridge by Seafarers Rest Park to enjoy a self-guided tour of the new waterfront precinct.

Book at tour of Wesley Place with COX Architecture for Sunday 27 July, and while you’re there drop into Wesley Church built in 1858 and restored in 2019.

At the Open House Melbourne Info Hub, outside Melbourne Town Hall, additional maps will be available for distinctive journeys, such as the Melbourne Laneways Pocket Book itinerary which explores old and contemporary pathways through the city.

Some bookings are required. Explore the full program on the Open House Melbourne website.
