OCULUS Associate Director Keith Stead has been appointed to the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA) NSW executive team for the 2025–2027 term.

AILA’s NSW Chapter provides a platform for members to be supported, engage, learn, mentor, network, and advocate for the profession of landscape architecture within the state. Keith joins President Natalie McEvoy, Vice President Miriam Enoch, and fellow executive members Elena Mehrabani, Leigh Trevitt, and Kate Hopoi.

Keith brings over 30 years of experience working in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Singapore. He believes landscape architects offer valuable expertise in big-picture thinking and design, placing the profession in a strong position to advocate for better outcomes for communities.

Passionate about education and life-long learning, Keith has previously served on AILA’s Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Committee.

AILA NSW acknowledged the 2023–2025 team for their time, energy, and commitment, thanking outgoing executive members – David Moir, Jason Cuffe, Cate Wallace, and Shahreen Alford.
