She works across the design and management of multidisciplinary projects involving public realm upgrades, transport infrastructure and mixed-use developments through to education and leisure facilities.

Tessa has experience across all stages of the design process, with the ability to manage tricky situations and complex stakeholder needs whilst delivering high quality project solutions. She has key skills in client liaison and business development and uses her strategic mindset to take a holistic approach to landscape architecture and urban design.

She has a desire to create beautiful, site and climate responsive places for all people to enjoy, young and old.
